One small letter — one major effect! Based on our strategic recommendation, the nationally expanding wellness service provider changed their name from McWellness to MyWellness. This brought the individual, undisturbed recovery experience into the heart of communications, in place of a “quick and cheap” image.
MyWellness — awarded the Founder Prize by the Dortmund Chamber of Commerce in 2016 — has developed a unique wellness concept, which is based 100 % on the private sphere for the customer.
This means wellness suites can be booked for one or two people, where you can use the varied range of wellness options from saunas to whirlpools, right up to massages completely individually, protected from the gaze of people you don’t know.
Concept & creation
To do justice to the promise “Your own day spa”, we developed a new unified imagery, which underlined the one hundred percent private sphere for the visitor in the wellness suites.
With the newly created imagery we then went on to develop a holistic performance marketing concept to the support online sales.
Implementation & reporting
As a full-service agency, we put together a concept for the photo and video shoots, and implemented this in the branches. The material which came about was used as the basis for the digital performance campaigns we implemented via Facebook, Instagram and Google.
The result: extensive reach, extraordinarily good return on investment rates and fully booked suites in the MyWellness branches.
