We developed the underlying strategic framework for a multi-year communication cycle. At the heart of this was: People. From their own staff, to clients, to the members of the cooperative.
We think the cooperative way of thinking at the Dortmunder Volksbank is great - ultimately the “VoBa” has been a social network since 1899. So we’re happy to give them a “Like” and apply our skills in the area of content creation and graphic design.
Concept & creation
The medium and starting point for all communication content was the annual report for the year 2018, where the bank’s employees where the focus, in the truest sense of the word.
Based on this, we brought the theme “Faces of Dortmunder Volksbank” into social media and the Volksbank branches.
Implementation & reporting
Coordination of employee photoshoots, graphic design and production of the annual report plus all associated promotional activity allowed us to put a face to the Dortmunder Volksbank.
